Return Policy

Be advised that TooHi, LLC is unable to make changes to processed orders.  

We are unable to cancel orders once placed. For all requests to return orders placed through the site, please visit  https://www.toohi.co/contact-us and submit the form with details including the order number.

All return requests must be received within fourteen business (14) days of the order’s delivery date, as determined according to the shipper’s tracking number.

Returns will not be accepted without customer providing proof of purchase and more than 75% of the order.

Once we receive a valid return request, detailed information and address to ship the product to will be provided.  

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be made available to you by your bank.
