Privacy Policy
How we handle your information.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and signup date and time. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide. Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs to deliver and secure the site.
How we use information
We use your email to manage the waitlist and communicate about TooHi, first access, and launch updates. We use contact information to respond to requests, and technical information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Storage and sharing
Waitlist submissions are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database through our Sites hosting service. Service providers may process information on our behalf to operate the website and communications. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security. This waitlist site does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting services may use cookies or similar technology needed for delivery, security, or access. Links to Instagram and TikTok take you to services governed by their own privacy policies. We do not use browser Do Not Track signals to change site behavior because this site does not perform advertising tracking.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information, or ask to stop receiving updates, by emailing hello@toohi.co. Include the email address used to sign up. We may need to verify your request. Any marketing emails we send will provide a way to unsubscribe. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here and any applicable legal obligations. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time. We use the safeguards provided by our hosting services, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Changes and contact
We will post updates to this policy here with a revised effective date. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@toohi.co.
