About this site
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TooHi website and waitlist. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Waitlist and first access
Joining the waitlist expresses interest in TooHi and allows us to send first-access and launch updates. It does not create a purchase, reserve a product, guarantee availability, or promise a launch date, price, or particular offer. You can ask to leave the waitlist by emailing hello@toohi.co.
Use of the site
Provide an email address you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the site, submit unlawful or misleading information, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to abuse the waitlist.
Product information
This is a prelaunch information site. Product details, formulation, packaging, availability, and pricing may change. Website content is general information and is not medical advice. Do not rely on it to determine whether you are safe to drive, operate machinery, or perform other activities requiring unimpaired judgment.
